Terms and Conditions of Sale- All items are surplus and sold "AS IS" with no express or implied warranties, unless otherwise noted. By accepting these goods, you are waiving your right to hold KFLYIN, LLC dba Cj6.com responsible for any and all liabilities resulting from these goods. Customer has 10 days after receipt of goods to return any goods, this must be with prior approval, and all goods are subject to inspection before acceptance. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all items returned except where noted. All invoices are due upon acceptance and must be paid in full before any items will be shipped.
